What Sets Us Apart


As a former collegiate athlete, I experienced firsthand how explosive power and athleticism can elevate performance and change the way you play the game. Throughout my athletic career, I incorporated plyometric training to improve my speed, vertical jump, and overall explosiveness, allowing me to compete at a higher level.

I've always believed that athleticism and the ability to jump higher make sports more exciting and enjoyable. Growing up, I was fascinated by explosive athletes and the impact that speed, power, and vertical jump ability could have on performance and confidence.

I created this program to share the training principles and exercises that have helped me and other athletes unlock their athletic potential. My goal is simple: to help athletes move better, jump higher, and enjoy the game even more by becoming the most explosive version of themselves.
